Since 2019, China’s Ministry of Commerce, in conjunction with the Ministry of Public Security, the General Administration of Customs, and other departments have supported 30 regions in two batches to carry out used vehicle export business.
As of June 2021, China’s vehicle ownership reached 290 million units and the scale of nationally used vehicle transactions exceeded 14.341 million units in 2020.
